– I permit KINDER MISSION LLC to transport my child to parks and field trips and to walk through the neighborhood.
– I permit my child to participate in outdoor activities, including park trips, playing at the parks, under staff supervision.
-I permit my child to play in Balboa Park (28th Street) and playground under supervision.
– I acknowledge that only the parents and above mentioned adults with a Brightwheel password are allowed to sign in or out my child. Otherwise KINDER MISSION LLC will not release my child to leave the class and I may have to pay additional fees for extended care service.
– I acknowledge that a late pickup fee of $5 per minute will be charged.
– I acknowledge that a 30 day notice is required for cancellation and changes.
– I acknowledge that I have to pay the full tuition fee without prorated credits in case of changes and cancellation.
– I acknowledge that make-up days, discounts for missing days and refunds due to COVID-19 closures are not possible.
– I acknowledge that KINDER MISSION LLC has the right to terminate the agreement at any time under certain circumstances.
– I acknowledge that KINDER MISSION LLC contractor and are not permitted to privately tutor KINDER MISSION LLC students.
– I acknowledge that KINDER MISSION LLC can’t guarantee the days of enrollment due to student ratio.
– I acknowledge that we are operating under the Covid-19 rules, regulations and restrictions. – Changes can be made accordingly to State & Federal laws without a notice.
– I agree to inform KINDER MISSION LLC about any allergies by sending an email with the details to info@kindermission.com
– I acknowledge that there will be NO refunds in case of State & Federal or Government shutdowns.
– All enrollment and tuition fees are non-refundable and will be charged as soon as 10 Students enrolled.
– If Camp is cancelled by Kinder Mission LLC refunds of the tuition will be issued.
